I took my Arabic marriage certificate and went to ministry of justice and they issued the English. Issuing an electronic Arabic one I remember I showed them the paper one I have and they issued it. I didn't need my ID.

I am from alex too, the certificate is printed on A4 form , not the big card one

Are you talking about the carton a4 or the one on normal paper,i have all certificate versions for me but my wife doesnt have the carton

the carton is much bigger than A4 and handwritten (calligraphy). - this is not required.

the normal certificate is issued in English on A4 with silver hologram - this is what you submit

I started looking for friends who live abroad who'd kindly let me use their credit cards, I see absolutely no other options, I spent my entire morning at CIB and reached nothing at all

I have this not sure about the silver hologram though will have to check it,the carton i have it in 2 sizes ,one of them is small not sure if its a4 size though

We can pay processing fees and delay the pr fees until we get the pr. I heard this is possible. Will check.

I know....but worst case scenario if we can't find a friend outside. I will go to national bank and see if I can do the gold card that gives me up to egp 20,000 worth of dollars. But I need to buy a certificate for 25,000. At least it would be dollars at bank rate with the extra charges but nothing like black market rate.

1. Yes you can pay the EE processing fees and postpone the PR ones for later

2. At the CIB I requested to raise my credit card from classic to titanium, they said OK but it will take THREE MONTHS to be usable.. not sure if thats correct but 2 different employers said its a 'new rule'
Please ask at your bank if its not CIB I wanna know what this is.

it takes 3 months to be able to use any new card online or outside .. this rule is very old since 2010 or even before that
