Hi,
My EE profile has just been created. My crs score is supposed to be 430 but on creating my profile I am not allocated the 15 points for my 1 year study in canada.Hence my score is reduced by 15 points. On my side I have filled all information accurately. I wonder how such a glitch can occur?
I shall be highly grateful if any of you can suggest me a way to gain back my study points.
Thanks

Change your answer to "no" for the second question, you will get your points within 24 hrs. Read the question carefully and understand what it is asking.
Ok and are u sure about it? That Il get my 15 points? And what about the other two questions? Are the answers to other two questions okay?

Follow the advice stated above and you will find out yourself. The second question is asking if you are studying English or French as second language courses, so you should answer no if this is not true. Good Luck!

Okay... thank you I have changed the second answer to NO.
I have put YES and NO to questions # 1 and #3 respectively , so are they okay or even these need any changes? Please suggest friends.

You answered the other two questions correctly no need to modify those.
