EE / ITA Questions

Hi All,

A couple of questions about EE / ITA.

1. Is a birth certificate needed for primary or secondary applicant? I know it's needed for dependent children.
2. Am I allowed to create an EE profile as the primary applicant AND my wife creates an EE as the PA?
Whichever gets the ETA / better languages scores applies and disregard the other application.

Is that allowed?
