Hi I want some assistance here..As I have filled Calgary as intended place of living at my relative s place..Now I have changed my mind and would like to move to Montreal at my brother home.What is d procedure of getting a CSQ ,how long usually it takes..should I wait for my Pr card at Calgary firstand then apply for csq or only copr would suffice..Please reply ..
