All FSWP applicants from Pakistan,
I am applying for FSWP under NOC 1123 but there is a huge hindrance that I am facing right now and that is getting my educational documents sent to the ECA organisation. There are three bodies that can assess the educational documents and two of them require the documents to be sent directly to them by the institute or HEC (Toronto University ones require institutes to send the documents directly to them and ICAS requires HEC to send the documents directly to them.)
Now this 'directly' actually means that institute or HEC has to post these documents, the applicant or any third party cannot post the documents or they will not be accepted.
I have been asking my institutes (Fatima Jinnah Women University and Iqra University) to send these documents directly but they are not agreeing to do so. They said that they will seal it for me but not send it directly to the institute.
HEC is saying the same thing that they will not post if directly.
Can anyone please help in guiding how to go about this issue????
I want to apply by November but this issue will delay the submission.
