hi guys, good day to all.i just have a question about the ecas saying "decision made" if it is a sign for refusal because we have not heard anything yet from cic. 2 days ago my mom's ecas changed from "in process" to decision made already. And how long do cic request for a passport after decision made?.,i am a dependent child of my mother under LICP.please help from those who has the same experience as ours. thank you

Not yet since its been 2 days only.do you think its a bad sign because some people in this forum says PPR should come first before "decision made"?

Not necessarily, in many cases CIC asks for PPR in the next month or two after they have changed ECAS to Decision Made.

IF you are rejected - you will get an email sometime this week. If you haven't gotten an rejection email by end of next week - it's most likely that you've been accepted.

Hi john.thank you for your comment.i hope that its true because its been 12 days already from today..like namat said usually ppr comes 1month or 2 at most after ecas updated to decision made so i guess we still have to wait more. its just bothering me especial with the sentence"the office will contact you concerning this decision".Btw, does ppr comes in email or letter?i am my mothers dependent child by the way

Most get this via email, however we never did. Instead, they sent us a large envelope via post mail that had all our relationship proofs (photos, invites, etc.) along with the PPR instructions.

Hello people.

So, my ECAS shows that a decision has already been made, but when I login to my IRCC account and check my permanent residence application, it says that a decision has not been made, so I don't know what's going on here.

Can someone explain?
