Just a very urgent help needed from some experts in the forum here. I am planning to get the ECA done or myself & my spouse. I thought of applying for all the transcripts (Indian Universities) and have just received it. However, now when I try to file my application on WES website, it has come out with a new rule effective 1 Dec 2108 (that the transcripts should be directly sent by Universities). In my case, I do have the sealed envelope of all the transcripts but have still not generated a reference number on either WES or other agencies (like IQAS).
Wanted to check 2 things:
1) Is there a way I can now generate a WES reference number and send the transcripts myself? Or any alternative way to do it?
2) If not WES, would IQAS accept my transcripts sent through me, even if the date of generating reference number on their website is later than when I received the transcript in a sealed envelope from university?
Please if someone can help me get some assistance on this.
