ECA for degree from Superior university, Pakistan

Hi everyone,

I would like to pakistani applicants about ECA institute for Superior university in Pakistan.
Actually one of my friend from Pakistan trying to apply for ECA but above university not listed in WES.Has anyone sent application to wes from this university?
We checked in UOT but they're taking 17 weeks);
Any suggestion to complete ECA in minimal time is highly appreciated.

I got the ECA done from IQAS took me 4-5 month
