Hello, I am a Bangladeshi.

I received my CSQ some 12 months ago from Hong Kong.

I AM APPLYING AS A SKILLED WORKER
and according to my CSQ my CLASSIFICATION NATIONALE DES PROFESSIONS is 6441 WHICH IS GUIDE TOURISTIQUE ET GUIDE ITINERANT.

I applied for PR (for Québec) to the CHC in Singapore in August 2008.

They started processing my application on 13th of August, 2008.

I received my MEDICAL INSTRUCTIONS & demand for the RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE on 25th of August, 2008.

I finished my required medical (me & my wife) on 23rd of September, 2008.

They had also asked for my wife's Police Clearance Certificate ( Note. That my wife is not accompanying me).

I became a father of a son on 7th September, 2008 which I have already declared to the CHC/CIC accordingly with necessary documents/proofs. So, I sent them by DHL, my Right of Permanant Residence Fee along with my wife's Police Certificate and Certificates/Proofs of my son's birth.

They have received it on 7th October, 2008 (known through DHL shipment tracking). Still my application status is IN PROCESS.

I do not know anything till now and expecting MEDICAL form/instructions for my CHILD since last October, 2008. What might have happened to my file?! I emailed them twice to know but never received any reply.

Could anybody help me by giving any idea?! I thought that the CHC in Singapore acted faster. Thank you very much.
