E medical Information Sheet: Consent issue

Hi All,

I did my medical examination and received the printout of e-medical information sheet which says :

Page 1: Consent Provided

Page 2: "you have not yet provided online consent for eMedical to process your health examinations"

Would this cause any issue??? or Is this normal??

This is what I got on my information sheet from Sadhu Vaswani New Delhi Centre. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that, but that's what I submitted in my application.
