Dubai Driving License converted to Canada

So most of the information posted on this topic in outdated.

Dubai has recently changed rules for experience certificate and can only be applied for online. My question is does this certificate need to be attested by Ministry of Affairs? Is there anything else you need apart from the physical certificate? I beleive the e-certificate which comes in email needs stamp, but, no idea about the physical one.

Anyone who has done this recently, would appreciate feedback!

I think you'll need the physical document. In 2012, I got a physical letter from RTA, used the same here in Ontario to get G1 and G road test.

You may need a letter in Toronto, but in NS, letter is not required. They only want your Driving and you can apply for Sign test and road test in order to get the license within 90 days after you land in.
