i had applied fsw1 noc 0213 in 30 aug, 2009. but still i am waiting for medical request. Recently couple of days ago i made general enquiry in which they said my application is in queue for processing. In case is showing "In process". What should i do? Shall i go for case specific enquiry or CAIPS NOTES? which one I should go first? Mine is buffalo, ny to new york visa office transferred.

Hi, you can send a case specific query and mean time apply for CAIPS note also.

Hi buddy

Is ur ecase showing "In process"?? if so from when ? now its taking min 90 days to hear from the CHc after u see In process. If this time line has exceeded plzz send them a case specific enquiry.

Now Buffalo CHc processing time for FSW is 17-19 months after receiving the completed application. provided the applicant has not stayed in other countries for more than 6 months. if so it take more time for security checks.

Dear Qorax.

I want to ask 1 question its urgent.

I am pakistani resident and May 2010 applicant NOC is 4131 and got 2nd AOR in Aug 2010 but till today no news from CHC London.

I am planning to visit uk for 1 year if CHC London send me medicals in coming few months to my home address in pakistan.

It is necessary for me that i return back to my home country pakistan and go for medicals.

OR

can i do medicals in uk ?

Plz tell me the process i am waiting for your reply. Thank you.

Replied to your PM as well... go ahead & do your meds@UK... our meds can be done anywhere in the world - not necessarily in our place of resid/homeland.

Hi! I am new here, i have a question regarding my spouse application, he is currently residing in dubai. Now there is a question "what visa office requested your application", he don't know what to write in that question. Abu dhabi Canadian Embassy gave that spousal sponsorship form to him. And now, he don't know too where he's going to submit his application. Any thoughts about this matter? Thanks
