DOUBTS TO BE CLARIFIED

There is a difference in the Mother's name requested by the CIC between the forms, Additional Family Information IMM5406 and Schedule A Background Declaration IMM5662.

In former document it is just requesting the name and in the latter one, it is requested as Mother's Family name at birth.

So I have given the present name in the former one and the name that was used before marriage in the latter one. Please suggest guys if this is okay or I need to take care of anything else?

Also does my mother's name should match with any of the name present in my document?
