Does Legal Aid Cover the Appeal process?

Does Legal Aid Cover the Appeal process? I heard that they do not cover it and it should be on my account?

Yes legal aid cover

You may want to doublecheck that. they may have covered it in the past but due to the current demand they may be limiting their services to the initial hearing.

Legal aid will ask ur laywer if u have min. Possibility to win the case.if he agrees then they will release the money( source:my laywer)

Last month legal aid payed to appeal for one of my friends

As per their website be it hasn't been updated in almost 2 year.
