Does IGNOU Open/Distance 1 Year diploma considered by WES?

I cannot find a Post-graduation option in the WES equivalency tool. How to check for 1 year PG Diploma in operations management through Distance learning from IGNOU . Will WES consider my 1-year distance PG Diploma from IGNOU .?

IGNOU - Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Statistics (PGDAST)
it is one year distance learning course.
Will I get some credit in WES for that. some one please help ASAP.

i have enrolled for the same course, i want to know how the exams are conduted in one sem or 2 semesters. And was there assignments as well.Also I want to know about what all fields to select while applying for WES evaluation. And do I need to evaluate both my bachelors and PGD diploma at the same time.
