I am curious if this application status facility really works? https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do
The reason I am forced to think about its functionality is the fact that I tried tracking application status using application number and then UCI for my relative who upon receiving PPR sent passport to Ottawa office. While I can always see and track status of online PR application in GC Key I wonder why this ECAS facility doesn't display any results about application.
I am super confident about the information I enter in ECAS is clean and not copy-pasted. Has anyone faced similar experience and would like to share thoughts?
