Hello all..
I have small qestion. Does CIC keep any document submitted before 1 year. The document was my employer letter submitted while I applied for my 3 year visa. And that document may create problem in my CEC APPLICATION which am goin to apply in few days.. help me plzz...

CIC has a document retention policy. I think it is 2 or 3 years for visas. Computer notes, however, always stay in your file. You may want to request a copy of your notes to see what was entered when you applied for the visa.

For CEC purposes, they will look at employment documentation you submitted for CEC. They are already buried in paperwork so I doubt they would bother going back in time and checking your history of submissions. However if there are red flags in your current submission, then they might dig deeper.

Ok thing is
In oct 2012 I got promoted as supervisor in sybway reatrnt(with $13 pay). I went back home after 2 months so applied for my 3 year visa. That time in employmnt lettrr I mentioned WORKING FULL TIME AS SUPERVISOR AT$13. OK.
I came back after 21 dys vacation and got promoted as assistant manager .NOW THE TWIST IS I DIDNT GOT RAISE IN SALARY. MEANS IT REMAIN $13,WITH POSITION ASSISTANT MANAGER.so from feb 2013 to feb 2014. Its 12 months and I am going to apply under CEC.
So question is are they gone make inquiry or problem,why you didnt get raise or anything like that? I am so worried. Help

I can see your concern. Since NOC 6311 is no longer eligible(Food Service Supervisor) but you're employed as Assistant Manager, make sure your duties are not NOC 6311 and research the pay scale. CIC wouldn't really care about your pay unless its significantly low and raises a red flag.
