Does Change of address cause any delay in processing?

Seniors,

Does change of address cause any delay in processing? I changed my address 4 months back.
Recently I got additional document request asking for a newly filled up IMM 5669 again.
And also I am planning to move to another apartment in the month of June. I need to notify CIC again
about the change of address. I am keeping my mailing address same though.

Would that cause further delay in processing my application?

Please clarify.

You did not move yet. So, you don't need to put that info in IMM5669. Once you will move you can change your mailing address online or just send them an email for the change of address.
Changing address does not effect the processing time.
