Does any one detained due to insufficient POF

I want to know if any one detained due to insufficient POF at the time of landing.

First, POF is necessary at point of entry. Ive read two recent cases where the applicant has been asked to show POF, so dont take this risk and take cash + bank draft and show them the amount upon enquiring.
Second, ive heard that there have been cases where the applicants were sent back due to insufficient POF, as on cic website the necessary docs upon landing includes the min POF required for an applicant.
