There's a quiz on CIC's website to see if you're eligible for immigration (http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/cometocanada.asp), so in that quiz when they ask you about your level of education you can choose ' bachelor's degree and at least 15 years full time studies' which is basically 12 (from 1st grade until after high school) + 3 years of full time studies in college/university, and I'm pretty sure a Open University degree considered part time studies.
So my question is, basically, if somebody graduate from the Open University, does this degree worth anything in terms of immigration? Does it considered as full time studies?
Thanks.
