Just one year PGWP.

For 3 yrs PGWP, you'll have to study 2 yrs of PG courses. Even after that you may get 2 or 3 years of PGWP. So 3 Yrs of PGWP is never guaranteed!

According to rule, you are eligible for 1 year of wp only. But, I know some people who have got WP of 2/ 3yrs too. May be they got it by luck. Who knows.It's very rare.
