Documents received-WES ( I did not send anything)

I started my second ECA through WES. It is a same university, different field. I got reference number and I paid Friday, today I got an email, WES wants to give me back $100, they say it is ECA upgrade. They said documents received, but I did not send anything. What is that? I do not want lose time because this issue. What should I do? They do not pick up the phone.

No, I just called the university today. My Wes account shows that I ordered an " UPGRADE", completed evaluation upgrade. But I did not choose upgrade and I paid $200 for a new ECA. Today they changed my account, my payment and my order.

Yes, I did order an other ECA from WES in march. That was a 4 year social work degree, this is a 3 years economist. Same university. They think this is an upgrade evaluation. I am afraid this issue will cause a big delay in my ECA.

i dont think it will cause any issue
they will probably give you the equivalency of 2 or more degrees

Oohh, ok. If it is an option, that is fine. I will see. I would be ok with an other ECA, later I can use it for other reason, not only for immigration purpose.
