Documents needed for Mum's TRV Application (Canadian PR based in US)

Hi Guys, i am a Canadian PR currently in the US. My mum is currently in the US on a visit and i want to go to canada with her. She has no source of income and i am suppossed to be her financial support for the temporary visa. I wanna ask what financial documents i need to use to apply for her since i am not in Canada yet.
