Hello,

I work for a large tech company in Canada and have been employed there for two years under a closed work permit. Recently, they offered me a new job position at a branch in British Columbia. We have already received a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and are awaiting a new work permit. I would like to use this job offer to gain an additional 50 points for Express Entry. However, my company does not support me with the permanent residency (PR) process, so I am handling it all by myself. It's quite complicated to request additional documents from my employer for my personal PR process. I believe that a job offer letter, LMIA letter, and an experience letter should be sufficient, but I'm not certain. Could you please advise me on the additional documents I may need from my employer after receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for PR?

Thank you.
