Document Request for Schedule A Background Declaration Form (IMM 5669)?

Hi All. I just got my MR. However, CIC sent me a document request for updated Schedule A Background Declaration Form (IMM 5669) at the same time? Does somebody have the experience why they asked for the form from us?

I think they need your updated information again.
In my case Medical results received and updated on ECAS since two months, now they requested me to send the updated Schedule A.

Hi,

I got an email too last night. Asking for Schedule A my questions is I changed my job after getting AINP not right away but after 3-4 months but i totally forget to let CIC know. Do we have have to let them know.

My NOC is still the same for my job bu just employer changes. Please advise.

mine didn't reflect 2 previous Canada addresses so i had to resubmit.

I received that notice before but they requested one for my son who just turned 18. Just fill it out and submit it. You will be fine. I got my PPR already and waiting for our passports to be sent back.
