Hello....

I have question... can anyone plz tell me that i have applied under FSW, category 3112. My application have reached to CIO on 14th June 2011 but the cap is filled on 15th June 2011. I am wondering that may b if my application is not among the 1000 applicant, if not.... is CIO post my kit BACK to me or they consider for the next year becoz the NOC,s are same.....

if your application not within 1000, than they will return your full package of your application to your address.but will take time, may be 1 or 2 month from the received date.

Sorry I just saw your post, haven't been on the forum much lately..
I have applied using my Internship year as Noc 3112, & thank god got a Positive eligibility review.. Though not yet my Medical request.
I supplied proof of the period of work ofcourse..
Duties were stated as close as possible to the ones required in Noc 3112.. (I have another post where I explain in detail) & proof that I was being paid during this period..
The your job name during this year is "Intern physician" which lies under Noc 3112 in the Canadian National classification

internship is a training, it doesn't count on experience lol..

but if u do part time job along with internee training it will b counted,1 of my friend showed internee period as work exp she got per.but u have to prove u were working in a institute at the time of internee.

Internship training can be shown as "work experience". our friend "basmalah" got PER by his internship training.
you need to provide following docs to CIO:
1. Internship training certificate
2. A work experience certificate written on hospital letterhead; signed,dated & stamped by your supervisor/hospital in-charge/principal which clearly mentioned your duties you performed as "Intern Doctor", your salary, working hours etc.

Please note, internship certificate alone is not sufficient. you must submit work exp certifcate and your duties must match with the duties mentioned in NOC website.

I would like to add that I didn't have to give them a separate Internship certificate. Just one certificate that mentioned that I worked as an Internship physician from __ to___ & that my monthly salary had been ___ for that year.

I also added a paper with the duties of Internship physician in the educational hospital I have been in. The paper was a general duty one from the hospital, so I had them sign & stamp it by the hospital's seal to show that it's an official paper.

In short, you have to supply all the requirements they ask for in a work experience.
