This is one of the questions that you need to answer when generating the post-graduation work permit application.

Well, I DO have a written job offer for a position that would start after I apply for PGWP even though I know that the job offer is not required for this application. The job offer I have does not have LMIA. Do I answer Yes or No to this question?

Thank you!

I do have a job offer for 1 year and on the application there is a section that asks to provide potential employment details.

But I am eligible for a 3-year post-graduation work permit, and I don't want Immigration Canada to issue the permit only for one year or to accidentally think that this is a LMIA-specific work permit.
One the other hand, I am hoping to use this offer of employment toward PR in the future applications in case they will be comparing if the dates in my statements match up.

How would you recommend approaching this? If I do say yes, then they are asking to attach the job offer letter.
