Do we need reference letters from all employers ?

8 years back i worked for a Pharma company for a year. I am applying under the same NOC.
After that i have been working for a BPO in finance field. Should i collect reference letter from
BPO firm too ? or just the Pharma company reference letter would suffice ??

Are you claiming any points for your current experience? If you are then you must provide reference letters for it. If not, then the experience for which you are claiming points should not be older than 5 years ago.
