help! any advise?
we send our passport last march 19, 2012 then the buffalo office receive it last march 22, 2012. so if we count the number of business days our passport will be back not later than this week however our work permit will expire this coming april 11, 2012. but i know that sometimes there are delays. what will i do? do i need to apply for trv? to maintain our legal status? because we already applied for the extension of my Work permit but it was refused because my LMO was also refused. i dont have enough time to find work because i only have few days left before my permit expires. any advise?
