Do I need to mention even 2 days of unemployment in Q11 - Personal History?

Hi guys, I left a job on a Friday and joined a new one on Monday. It was in the same month. Do I need to mention even the 2 days of unemployment(weekend) in Q11 - Personal History?

no as history date format is mm/yyyy and not dd/mm/yyyy

Yeah, I thought so. However, the question confuses me, when it says: "If there are any missing days, your application will be returned to you."!

I didn't mention days, only months - i quit my job mid august - relocated to a different city and started new job in mid October. I entered the last month of employment as aug, then new line was unemployed sept-oct. then new line was oct- present starting new job.
Don't worry too much - just be honest and answer to the best of your recollection, no need to be detailing days. Everyone understands that finishing job on friday and starting new one on monday doesnt make it weekend of unemployment.
