Do I need Police clearance for entire family even if I am just sponsoring my wife?

Hello All,

I am sponsoring my Wife under family class. I am permanent resident.
Do I need to get police clearance or certificate of my spouse's entire family i.e. Mother, Father, Sister ...even though I am just sponsoring her?

It is just for the applicant. So in this case your wife. You need to include the entire family on the application but the Police Certificate is only for your wife.
