Disability exemption

I suffer from sever stammering and i am not able to score more than 4 band in ielts speaking ,but in other modules in scored very well i.e.,8 in listening ,7 in reading and 6 in writing.please advise me what should i do to fulfil my dream of studying abroad? Idp is not providing me exemption from speaking test.

Have you contacted the school for the program you want to attend to explain your situation and ask if they will give you an exemption? I would start there.
