Reach Islington Station for Mississauga transit not Kipling.
Route No.1 Dundas West (MiWay - Mississauga Transit) will take you there in one hour from Islington Station. First bus starts before 5 am and then at 10 mins intervals afterwards.
Get off at Glen Erin Dr. stop (first Mississauga Rd, next Erin Mills parkway and one or two more small stops after). Then walk 5 mins north (towards Hyundai Showroom beside the strip mall) to reach CIC office.
One fare/ticket for TTC up to Islington and another one Miway fare/ticket each way...
Start ahead of time to cover transit delays as CIC will not allow late entry for whatever reason.

Thank you for your reply. There is no way I can get there in time if I rely on public transit. I'll just book a hotel room in the area.

Take a taxi, it may cost less than hotel room !
A taxi from Victoria Park @Van Horn ! I think it will cost about $100 ( it's a night trip not regular fare) because I would have to leave before 6am

You can use Google maps and it will provide all the transit directions and options for busses and trains, as well as estimated times.

GoldLine, hi & congrats;

Listen I'm not advertising for Uber (UberX) or anything. But If u take UberX it's at least %30 - %40 cheaper than Taxi. & it's reliable. try it, u ain't gonna regret it. Best of luck.

Thank you guys for all your suggestions. I think I'd rather spend the night in Mississauga. If I don't, I would have to wake up around 4:00 to get ready and catch blue night.....and the risk is big. What if there's a big storm that day? what if the traffic is really bad because of an accident or anything else? I just decided to have peace of mind and stay in a hotel in Mississauga. The cost is approximately the same.

That's one of the crazy aspects of the citizenship process. Another case, a Brampton resident was scheduled in Scarborough.

Yup. I live right downtown and St Clair is my closest office. But luckily they scheduled me in Mississauga.
