Difference between portal and paper application - IMM 5444

I am trying to renew my PR card through the online portal.

The IMM 5444 pdf form has the section "7 - Consent to disclose information" - This is about giving consent to canada immigration to get information from CBSA and CRA. This section also asks you to provide your SIN number.

But when i go through the online portal to renew the PR card, this question is not asked.

Can anyone who has gone through the online portal to renew their PR card provide some help regarding this?

While filling up IMM 5444 my last question was the 5th one asking about time spent outside Canada.
What was your last question while filling up IMM 5444 through the online portal?
