I'm applying for my mom's visit visa . She lives in India. While applying on-line i couldn't find IMM5645 E under Documents Section. So, is it not required? Should i fill IMM 5476 and agree that i'm her representative and helping her fill the application? Also is it a good idea to book biometrics and then apply for Visit Visa?
