Dependent Inclusion Question

I am doing an outland PR application for my Taiwanese wife. We have 2 toddlers, they both have Canadian citizenship, with Canadian passports and SIN cards. Do I need to include or mentiom them as dependents on my wife's application forms (IMM0008)?

Anyone with an answer. Are they considered my dependents or my wife's, or both?

They are not dependents for the purposes of the sponsorship of your wife (dependent children would be those needing sponsorship, such as if she had a child prior to your relationship) so they are not included on the IMM008. They are Additional Family Members, so they go on the IMM5406 in section B.
