Please guide
I am the primary applicant applied in CEC class currently residing in Canada with a dependent child and my spouse is living in USA.
I have received Instruction letter to submit my passport to VFS USA and it is in my name(Primary applicant). I have not received a portal invite.
I was expecting that myself and my child would receive a portal invite as we are the inland applicant. And my spouse will get a passport request letter.

- Do I need to submit passports for all three of us? or just my spouse
- I was going through posts and I think the Portal email comes first and then the dependent gets Instruction letter to submit passport
- I have raised the webform but not sure I will get a response before 30 day clock period to submit my passport ends
