Dependant child question

Me and my wife are putting together are application. She is Canadian and I am English. We have a child who is a Canadian citizen and 18months old.
I am confused if I need to put my child into the application papers as a dependant child or as she was born a Canadian citizen the application is just for me.

Any answers would be fantastic

If your child holds Canadian citizenship and can obtain proof (Canadian Citizenship Certificate and/or Canadian passport) he/she does not need to be included in the application for sponsorship, but still needs to be included in the form detailing family members, I forgot what form number is.

ok, i looked in my files, the form your child needs to be listed in is IMM 5406 "Additional Family Information" where you'll also list all the applicant's family members' information.
