If I submit the profile for SINP and pay the fee, do they wait until i get the report from APEGS for engineering profession ??
As we know, APEGS takes upto 1 years to finish the assessment.
If the rules of NOC changes until I get the APEGS report, do they consider the rules at the time of my application ??
