Hi all .I would sincerely need some help.So I have already got my nomination and non I am gathering documents for PR application.I am from Ukraine and my ex husband went to few diiferent notary publics there to sign and notarize this document and they are refusing to notarize foreign document.I only have this document left and I would be ready to apply for PR. I went to few consultants here ,they all "don't know the answer" while on 150$ consultation.I would appreciate any help
