Hello friends,
Can some one please help regarding this. This is my time line.
Application Received: 29 Oct 14
DD En cashed: 8 jan 15
PER; 26 Jan15
MED Request & RPRF: 25 March 15
Meds done 2-4-15
3rd line update : 9-4-15
Receipt for RPRF (DD)from the embassy : 10-4-15
PP Request : 24-4-15
PP Submitted 28-4-15
Now in the E case it shows that decision made (from 27or 28 I am not sure) What dose that mean????? Is it positive????????
Please share your ideas.

I am pretty sure it's a good news for you, Which stream and which visa office you applied in ?

They have asked for your passport and your ECAS shows Decision Made, which means for sure your PR has been approved !
