Decision made on ECAS, what's next and how long?

Yesterday my ECAS status is changed to 'decision made'

How long does it take to receive ppr/CoPR after this?

That's good sign! Basically, most of people got PPRs within a month after Decision made. In my case, it took 7 days since DM.

In my case, it took a day since I saw it. I saw the DM status and then the letter arrived the following day. The CoPr was dated from April 4 and I received it on April 13. So yours could be very well on its way already. After that, I made an appointment in land to get my PR signed and activated. I was all done by April 28th. You can leave the country and come back if you rather don't wait for an appointment.
