Decision made before passport request!

I got these status on my file, I got Medical request by email and got the landing fees request by email, now today status is changed to Decision Made but I haven't any email yet for Passport submission. Can you please let me know was that the same case with you and when did you got the passport request.

We received your application for permanent residence on December 10, 2013.

We started processing your application on June 30, 2014.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Then medical n yesterday decision made
Now waiting for PPR
