Not necessarily. I claimed points for relatives in Canada. My app reached on 12th Dec 2014. Got my PER on 3rd March 2015.

I am very happy for everybody who got their PERs. Our PERs were a little bit late but at the end we got it . I feel the agony and discomfort for the others who are waiting for their PER as I was till this morning living in the same situation and I cant tell you don't worry because I know its impossible that you wont. The only thing I can tell you guys is keep praying and have patience. Do something good while waiting, see your parents, call an old friend , make truce with a guy that is impossible to work with. just do good and you will get good. My personal wishes and prayers are with you all.

Happy Wednesday!

Is there anyone in the forum that has LVO as their visa office? There is a forum for LVO however there is a commonality that the applicants are from either Pakistan or Dubai and their applications are takings months to process i.e. ave 120 days from PER to MR. I'm struggling to find anyone on that forum who is from UK?

Is there anyone in the same situation as me i.e. UK applicant using LVO??

it depends on visa office. some Visa offices sends Aor and some don't.

FILE RECEIVED AT SYDNEY : 2 DEC 2014
DD CHARGES : 3 FEB 2015 (AS PER BANK)
CALLED CIC : THEY GAVE ME TEMPORARY FILE NUMBER (XE000******) WHICH I CANNOT TRACK ONLINE. COULD A FILE NUMBER BE LIKE THIS ?

IS ANYONE HAVING SAME STATUS AS OF MINE?

Try for ECAS Status with your given number, It should be starting with E0000**** (don't prefix X..)

I see...As per CIC 2172 sub cap filled (saw this in letter sent by CIC to me) and recently I believe the overall CAP reached...
