OMG! finally I got my AOR just now 7:59 pm!!!
what a sigh of relief ;D now i can sleep better lol. Atleast now i dont have to worry about returned appplication.

Some people have been here on student visa/work visa before they became permanent residents of Canada if that's the case they get some credits on the days they have been here in the past.

I have another question, it might be silly again but I had the case about 4-5 years ago while checking immigration process status, it wont show anything if I not enter surname with all caps.
So when you enter your surname / family name in ECAS form, do you enter all caps or 1st letter capitalised or ?

Wow! Congratulations to you and to all our friends who are getting AOR and updates with their Ecas. No worries for those who are still waiting. I am convinced that most of you will get citizenship before Election Day.

Surname is not case sensitive for my E-CAS. It doesn't matter how I type my surname, it always works.

I received my email AoR like 2 minutes ago. Mine is a family application. So happy as I just dodged the fee-increase bullet, and the new citizenship requirements.

Hoping that remaining December AoRs get sent out soon.

Those who got AOR in email in this month, do you guys see anyone "IN process" when you login to the citizenship status check page.. Or is it just "Received" for all .. when we can expect to change it to "In process". Any idea?

I remember you and I were in the same situation last week, we both wore suits and shined our shoes last Friday for nothing at the end
But trust me I am taking this Friday off again and I am going to wear the suit and shine the shoes again. But this time I will follow your example and add the tie and I will sit on a chair at home from 7am -11pm, waiting for that email !
