Congrats! Oh, how I wish my VO would work this fast too.

I'm happy for you, but at the same time I'm sad. How come a VO can process a visa this fast and another VO take double the time or even more. The process is the same.

I know that in my case, the fact that the Visa Office in São Paulo is only responsible for Brazilian applicants (and there aren't many of us), while Vienna is overwhelmed with applications from multiple countries could be a reason for the disparities. CIC should open more Visa Offices for FAM.

I know Avadava but I think there is some kind of movement in Vienna now..maybe they hired officers and eventually all Vienna applicants will have news!!

Hello hello! any good news for December Manila applicants? ;D haven't checked the forum for a month or 2. I believe October applicants are well on their way to getting PPR. There's someone who's an Oct 17 applicant who got PPR last week. Sure hope we get ours by next month....

My passport should be on its way back right now if it wasn't for UPS again!
This is what we received from the consulate:

"Dear madam,

We acknowledge receiving your passport and an UPS return label envelope tracking # : *****************
According to the Sao Paulo’s UPS office, this prepaid label is only to be used from the Buffalo Office instead of the Canadian Consulate in Sao Paulo. Kindly contact UPS office and request the change of pick up place to our office and send new prepaid labels to attach on the envelope.

Some from August, September and October have received PPR. But many have not, there is no pattern to the way CEM sends out PPR. More waiting I know a good chunk of August still has not received PPR.
