December 2012 Application

Friends - Any update on CC got charged / draft got encashed for December applicants.

I'm about to send the application, I have few last concerns :
- If a form like the "Additional Dependants" and "Use of Representative" do not apply to me, I join an empty form and check it on the checklist OR I do not join them and do not check it on the checklist ?

- I worked for two companies but I only have one contract (don't have the other one), is it better to join nothing or the only one I have ?

If it is not applicable then you dont click on check list and dont attach the empty forms.
Not everything in the check list is applicable to everybody

Mine got delivered @ sydney office today , 14/Dec/2012 ... I forgot to attach Self-addressed label , will it be a problem??

No it wouldn't im a May applicant and forgot to attached self addressed mailing labels too, now waiting for my stamped passport back from Detroit. Although i suggest for everyone to do everything that the application forms and checklists tells u to do, word for word. Goodluck December applicants

1. I got Self addressed label from walmart and printed my address on it.
