Just want to understand this field while filling the express entry profile. I completed the relevant experience before completing the bachelor's degree. My experience in NOC 2147 starts from July 2012 and end July 2016 (4 Years). While my degree was completed in 2014. How many years of experience i can claim points for ?

You can claim points for either, but for ease, use the experience after you got your Bsc degree.

Experience after my degree would be less than three year which will bring down my points.
