I was just counting the number of PPRs we had each month. As our good friend Cyrus has stated before it seems that they have a target number for the number of PPRs they issue each month which is why we see a jump in number of PPRs at the beginning of each month and we don't see any PPR in the final weeks of each month.
Anyways the counting is as follows:
Jan we had 16 PPRs
Feb we had 16 PPRs
Mar we had 10 PPRs so far

So I'm just making a guess that we will probably see more a few more PPRs for March. Hopefully they'll come in the next couple of days!
Hopefully three of the upcoming March PPRs will be for Haj Mehdi, m s f z, and hasti

As like as you wish, I hope these 3 got their PPRs very very soon. I agree that they probably raised their monthly number of PPRs. Except for the last February, the 3rd week of each month was always the most silent week in terms of PPR. I thought they start to reach the target number within first 2 weeks, then fulfill remaining capacity in the 4th. Moreover, Mondays were usually the least probable days to get a golden email.

Hey guys
The visa was issued yesterday. Finally. On monday ,There was a line up (30 to 40) people ahead of us. We got there @ 8 . Medi2012 's wife & kordestan kazhal's husband were ahead of us.

It took us 2 hours to submit , and the next day an hour to receive the passport. Nothing too complicated.

Most of people in the line were sponsorship applicants .

My husband received his Visa Yesterday...He said the whole process was so organized and smooth...we will be traveling to Toronto on March 25...

My husband also received his visa today. We used an agency in Tehran. They returned the passport in 10 days.
In the email the VO sent us (the PPR) it said his visa will expire on June 2014. However on the visa it says June 2013

hubby was planning to land on September. Now he has to change the plan! (I am happy about this part ;D)
So he will land on May and has to go back to Iran to finish up with some work....
