dont worry gcms note not a problem unless visa officers hv to deal with them.mostly basic information in gcms note provided by computer...but if u hv to inquire about case specifiv question u hv to bother visa officers computer cant ans them...

but aren't visa officers obligated to answer case specific questions? why would that make them angry? and why would that be allowed to affect your processing times?

i know this should no b happend..but think if ppl of 11 countries started bothering officers of a single office(i meant singapore visa office) by asking personal question how would they feel not good for sure!

But they are not asking personal questions, they have the right to make inquiries about their files. Inquiries that would not be necessary if the process would be more transparent. It's not about feeling good or bad, it's about doing their job :
